Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF)/Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)/Operation New Dawn (OND) in VISN10

American Soldier holding US Flag. The VA Healthcare System of Ohio (VISN10) is grateful to the men and women who have risk their lives to fight terrorism in Afghanistan, Iraq, and many other places around the world.  Our staff are committed to ensuring our Returning Service Members and their families seamlessly transition back to civilian life.  Each primary facility has an OEF/OIF/OND Care Management Program for Returning Service Members.  The contact information for the Program Managers is listed below.  If you click on the name under the contact numbers for the Network and each primary medical facility, you will be taken to facility-specific contact information.  Any program staff member can inform you about returning service member health care benefits, help you identify the facility closest to you, and put you in contact with program staff at the facility of your choosing for an appointment.  You may also visit VA's Website at http://www.oefoif.va.gov for information about all VA benefits for OEF/OIF/OND Veterans.

If you are moving and are in need of contact information for OEF/OIF/OND Veterans in another state, these can be found at http://www.oefoif.va.gov/map.asp.  Any VISN 10 OEF/OIF/OND Program Manager can also assist in transferring your care to any VA facility.
