Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 is the result of the integration of VISNs 10 and VISN 11 as part of VA’s MyVA Transformation plan. The newly integrated VISN 10 is comprised of 10 medical centers and the independent Columbus, OH Ambulatory Care clinic and a network of 58 Community Based Outpatient Clinics.  VISN 10 provides personalized, proactive, patient-centered care to more than 500,000 Veterans throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan, Ohio/Northern Kentucky and Indiana.

The Network Facilities include:

The newly integrated VISN 10 is the second largest and most complex VISN in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and has an operating budget of $4 Billion. Of the 11 medical centers in the VISN, 7 are complexity level 1 facilities affiliated with some of the best medical schools in America. The medical school affiliations allow for education and training of medical students, fellows and residents and all facilities have affiliations with nursing and/or allied health programs.

The Mission, Vision, and Values of the integrated VISN 10 continue to form the cornerstone of our organizational identity.
